We have 15 mills which have the agreements with us for the price, quality and delivery time.

- For each enquiry, we will compare get the agreement prices from them, and will quote to you with the best one.

- For the quality, all of our mills have the API and ISO certificates, we have fired the ones who made the big mistakes on the quality before;

- For the delivery time, we appoint 1 engineer& order tracer to follow the whole production in which way the delivery time will be arranged fiirstly and kept on the schedule time, this point is very important in Chinese plants.

2.       Careful and timely Service

- All of our sales people have a long experience (3 years above) in the international business, they are very good at dealing and solve the problems happened during the operation of the orders, including the documents, shipping, custom, ect. We are more professional.

- For the inquires from our customers, our policy is that: the quotation should be sent within 2 working days for the normal inquiryes; and within 4 days for the unregular ones.

- For the response, we will keep the contacting available within 12 hours, from 9:00 to 21:00 by Chinese time. In this case, we can reduce the troulbe casued by the time difference, and you can get our replys most of the time.
